For the past eight years, I’ve been navigating the ups and downs of perimenopause, while also dealing with iron challenges, anxiety, and the demands of being a single mom. It’s been a wild ride — surgeries, sleepless nights, and a lot of trial and error with natural remedies.

But I’ve also found healing. Slowly. Gently. In my own way.

This site is a place where I share what’s helped me — from Nature’s Sunshine supplements to simple wellness routines that support body, mind, and spirit. I’m not a professional — just a woman who's lived through it, still learning every day, and passionate about helping others feel less alone on their journey.
